Oh to participate in fun activities. We had some friends over and decorated Halloween sugar cookies. My cooking skills don't seem to have improved much over the last few months. Who knew it was an art to make decent sugar cookies? It took me hours to make them and in the end the cookie cutter didn't want to cut, the cookies were too thin and, the worst part, they wouldn't even come off the pan! On the bright side, the pieces that did come off the cookie sheet tasted yummy, they were just mystery shapes instead of jack-o-lantern pumpkins. . . Ryan came to the rescue and went and got pre-made cookie dough so we would have some sort of cookie to decorate.
I think my spider is pretty amazing (probably a biased opinion).
